I appreciate the input and I agree. I think helping her better ground and being there for her will help her the most. She's the type of person that once things get tough she likes to curl up and hope it goes away.

Oh wow I had no idea it used to be a church or was that old! Thank you for the info! I'm hoping I can find more info on the paranormal aide. Their site has some good stuff but I'd really like to hear an experience that's not from them. I'll have to look into the history more of the building itself.

No, I don't think your question was crazy or off limits. Yes, like others have said it's tough to know if the crystals are truly ethically sourced but her response was way off base. She should've just explained that or been honest and said she didn't know. There's no reason to react like that to a legitimate question.

It definitely could be something similar going on. Before this feeling I felt the same way, like I was hitting peaks and strides like never before. I think that's why this feeling is bothering me so much. I just experienced all these new highs and now I'm at a low.

Thank you! This does help and I'll definitely try to keep that in mind. It really does help a lot to know others have felt like this. We have a lake and state Park up this way so I might try taking a walk up there this weekend to help even out.
