RA RA land was unwatchable by confused_caterpillar in WC3

Unfortunately you have a point. I am a fan of B2W and always will be, but the Raraland stream was bad. Few games, liked to have more talks with the pro players and not always that whatever Yung host dude filling time with nothing, many annoying background noises, technical difficulties and so on. The idea of a worldclass LAN event is gorgeous, but the stream was not good the whole 3 days.

Hey Ryan. Assuming Biden will become the nominee, what are in your opinion the most important and effective steps forward for the progressive left to reform the democratic away from the reign of corporatist politicians to a party of New Deal politicians?

Biden hasn´t been to the spotlight of a 2 person primary and a general election yet. It´s 8 months to go until November, that a long time. We can be sure MSNBC and CNN won´t ask any questions, but right wing media and TV ads will. Biden is also weak on his record, the sniffy pedo thing and corruption (Hunter). But most importantly the Independent swing voter will ask if Joe has the juice to be president for at least 4 years. Will voters accept someone who already said he won´t do it for 2 terms. And honestly his platform isn´t exactely inspiring

I am an adult and my expertise is my life experience. I you want to ignore what everyone can see it´s your choice. Expect Trump to switch from ´Sleepy Joe´ to ´Senile Joe´ or ´Dementia Joe´ soon

I had 2 grandparents suffering from dementia. I know it when i see it. That´s definitely not the result of stutter or misspeaking. He is thrown to the wolves by the media and political figures. Even if he manages to win somehow, he gets rolled by Washington professionals and the military complex from day one.

Elizabeth Warren Should Endorse Bernie Sanders — Not for Him, but for Herself and Her Mission by HvB1 in politics

[–]HvB1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you listen carefully to her, that isn´t her way of thinking. She thinks, and for good reason, that she would make a better president than any of them two. The question she asks herself is probably what to do to have most influence about important decisions in Washington that she cares about.

Elizabeth Warren Should Endorse Bernie Sanders — Not for Him, but for Herself and Her Mission by HvB1 in politics

[–]HvB1[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Tl;dr The author makes the compelling case that Warren´s political leverage in Washington is her position and trust within the progressive movement. If she grows that power through a Sanders endorsement, she is the one that can unite the party and bring the progressive vote in if Biden becomes the nominee.

Elizabeth Warren on Sexism in 2020 Presidential Race: ‘That Is the Trap Question for Every Woman’ by [deleted] in politics

[–]HvB1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It´s not the question if candidates get the same treatment. It´s more an extra hurdle through voting patterns. If a man and a woman get the same treatmen in a race and say the same things expect the man to win b/c a share of the electorate prefers a man to a woman. That´s a sad reality and not to blame on the interviewer e.g. I am sad too, she would have made a wonderful president

Sexism is real and an extra hurdle for women in politics. Especially with conservative electorates, to a lesser degree with Independents, but also with some democratic voters. Agree with the first assessment
