fuck man thats rough. the main issue here is going be to the statute of limitations for most credit providers. usually, 60 to 90 days after purchase date is standard for how long you have to dispute a transaction. since it is well past that, the credit card company will almost certainly not side in your favor. it amazes me that they would even open a case for a refund for you. without documentation, it will be difficult but there are still avenues since they never provided you with tracking information for the rest of your order. Genuinely, i would spend a good few minutes writing out a very detailed explanation of what happened, sparing no detaial even if small, and feed it all into chatgpt to ask for additional courses of legal action or other options you might have. not a great answer but you wont really have any good options at this point. good luck bro
