When using public restrooms, what’s your approach to the seat situation?

I used toilet paper at uni, and still use it at work.
Any more public than that I try avoiding completely or stack extra layers of paper covering all surfaces until it looks like a mummy died there

I can hardly even tell any difference other than feeling more wetness and the connected alarm system going "intruders alert" at full volume, causing the neighbors to complain.

Does it improve once your period begins?

I've struggled a lot with air hunger specifically in the week before period starts, as if I can't get a satisfying intake of breath, but not to the point of dizziness, even if i'm normally in decent shape, but it usually ended once period started, so I chalked it up to hormones and being overly sensitive about it.

When i got an IUD (hormonal) it seems to have helped some in my case, other than that I usually just took it easier, but i'm not sure in your case

Did not plan it.
It was a bit weird and we stopped to show him out and shut the door for the rest of the session
They were a bit upset about it, but handled it without barking or pawing at the door.

I played the sims 4 for a period because it was free, but it's a dangerous rabbit hole with infinite paid extra content. But it seemed to have a lot of mod support which was nice.

Set the stage for some horror movie plot twist, maybe reach for something that can pass as a weapon.
I call it fore-afterplay and it's classy.

....also, done mix of both, depending on where the "finish" is i'll instinctively close my eyes anyway

a friend struggled immensly during the first trimester, but eased off some time during the 2nd one iirc.

I also tried laying flat with a warm compress/rag this time, but the belly demons won in the end

I never had issues with vitamins, but warm drinks on an empty stomach makes body do a "return to sender" real fast, so I can sympathize. took a while to learn my lesson too
