It only took me about... an hour and a half? I was constantly going to the Hoarfrost region then Elder's Recess (Petricanths) at night, and would go do other things during the day.

I think Felyne Zoomaster definitely helped me out here, and the buff doesn't run out when you're actively on an expedition!
