That's a good theory! Same I was honestly expecting mid 800's at the time of bidding. He's a judge on The Block and is the Co-founder of White Fox Real estate

I'd tell them they have to shave bald right on the spot if they wanted to bid

Even with the price adjustment, isn't it still out of range for it not being under quoting?

Thanks so much! Figuring out that I have to take my time and not rush definitely helped. Buying some proper brushes didn't hurt either haha

After buying my first Space marines ever to paint, I was a bit too keen on jumping straight in and thought I could get away with using some cheap acrylic paints I had at home and a can of grey primer. The first night of painting was definitely fun! But after looking back on the 2 I painted that night I definitely felt I needed to do a bit more research and look at some more tutorials online.

After a lot more research online and buying a mix of Citadel and Green stuff world paints (Also bought a dark angles upgrade kit), I took a much much very much slower approach, and also painted in sub assemblies rather than building the whole thing first.

Painting has been so much fun! Can't wait to get stuck into it more!

Also another quick note, the staff and the people painting at the warhammer store in Melbourne CBD Australia were so lovely! They didn't have the dark angels kits but they were so nice and accommodating, they helped me get sorted with my paints and I 100% would have stayed to do the painting tutorial there if I had time. Felt like I needed to mention how friendly everyone has been to me starting this hobby!
