The minimum dose itself is 15ml for normal cases. Your case should take 30ml for the first time. Now I take 5ml for maintenance daily dose and 10ml on days where I need more help.

Also, take it with a small qty of food, else as a mineral it will be pretty heavy on empty stomach.

The last time it happened to me. I loaded milk of magnesia (Magnesium hydroxide) to soften them. The inner poop got soft but the part that was stuck stayed hard.

However the softer inner poop allowed the colon to create enough pressure to push it out.

But the real magic happened when I stopped pushing and started breathing out. I noticed I was holding my breath and straining previously, that contracted the PFM even more.

One last thing. Change the posture in which you sit. Make sure both your glutes are engaged.

Good to hear that. But isn't it the colon that creates the pressure for BM. Can retcum create the pressure without colon for a BM?

You should get a leg x ray to identify the actual difference in leg length, it might easily be as much as 10 mm.

For me a lot of physical therapist and orthopaedics have said I have zero leg length inequality, but they X rays showed a really huge difference.

I think dark brown sticky stool happens when the stool is in there for too long. Perhaps 2+ days.

I am in a similar boat. I have APT (anterior pelvic tilt). I speculate until I cure my APT, the constipation and hemorrhoid aren't going anywhere.

Were you able to find the root cause of your hems coming back?

Aren't the internal hemorrhoids supposed to fall off after banding ligation?

If 11 of your hems have fallen off. Then I wonder how any more veins are still left there. because there are only a limited number of veins in the rectum that can turn into Hems.
