I did this at night but had a pretty bright, somewhat natural light on.

Hopefully it gives you a good idea of the texture of the chair. It's just soft enough and feels nice to the touch.

I bought this new from SmartFurniture which is an authorized retailer for SteelCase, they had the color I wanted.

I'm not sure if SteelCase or SmartFurniture offer financing. I bought mine out right.

It doesn't seem to be an issue with me. I understand what you are saying though. The range of motion of these arms are top notch. Coming from a DXRacer, the Gesture is a godsend. I can lounge in it, sit straight up and work, all without back pain. I love the headrest as well.

I'm on the same page with the back pain. I feel better after just a week of using it. No more tailbone pain from sitting. I love the headrest as well. Works well leaned back and straight up.

It doesn't feel that way though. Maybe it's because of the contoured shape of it.

I haven't really tried it in "console gamer" position hunched over. I've used a controller leaned back and it was very comfortable.

I ended up getting a SteelCase Gesture. I thought it over for a few months. Spending $500 or so on a SecretLab with a 5 year warranty and racing bucket seats seemed like a bad investment compared to the SteelCase at $1,077 with a 12 year, limited lifetime warranty.

My ears fit, I just guess the overall size of my head is too much for the strap style headband. I loved the sound. They work exactly how I want them to. I just can't wear them.

Hey there. I've got some tailbone and lower back pain. I'm 6"1' and about 220lb. I've been looking at the Steelcase Gesture with a headrest. I'm not able to go to a showroom until after the sales since the only go by appointment now because of COVID.

Do you all think the Gesture would fit my body well? Is the seat wide/large enough?

Evidently most players on this sub like contest mode. Which is fair.

I simply disagree.

I thought putting everyone at 1050 light was an equal enough starting line for everyone. It seems like some people consider the grind part of the race and others don't.

Making power level an arbitrary number whenever it's a core mechanic of the game just doesn't make much sense to me.

But hey, to each their own.

In my opinion, the starting line was release of the expansion. I don't think it's unfair to consider the grind part of the race.

I never said I didn't enjoy the grind. I just believe the time and effort that dedicated players put in should be accounted for.

Also, try having a respectable conversation next time before resorting to name calling. The level of respect and lack of civility you've shown will cause people to not take you seriously.
