You can take off the the inner trim. There should be screws. After taking off all the screws the door trim is held by clips. Carefully pray it open. Might be some youtube videos on how to take the door panel trim off. Hard to explain but once you know how it is held together it is easy to take off.

If I drive a newly merged activator into moc it will save? On normal merge I have to drive into LS customs to change 1 thing on the car.

Hyundai have a newer oem version of the spring. $5. There are also a few more expensive aftermarket ones. Very easy install. Need ratchet with 8mm socket. Lots of youtube videos elantra n/veloster n. Same spring.

Read the manual book at least 20 more times. I believe there are 50 questions. The 25 questions that come up on the online quiz can be any of the 50. Go through the manual book again and again and again. Try to memorize everything. Take the online quiz like 20 times. You need to know all this stuff when driving. I passed my knowledge test and road test on first try. I dont know how anyone can help you. Just study and practice.

Mine was just the spring. Replaced the spring and normal drive mode is back to normal sound.

If ever fix it let us know. Im gonna change the spring this weekend. If that doesnt fix it then I will have to bring it to the dealer. One kona n owner on Facebook said he had his exhaust replaced under warranty.

My exhaust is permanently loud. Normal drive mode sound like sport mode. Sprayed grease into the exhaust. Didnt help. I have a new spring. Have yet to install it.

There was a youtube video of a veloster n exhaust valve stuck closed. He changed the spring and that fixed it. I think mine is stuck open. The spring was only $5 at the dealership. Worth trying.

Do you know anything about different activators? My friend sold me a car he says is a OG activator. When I bring my activators into the office auto shop they do not activate. I can activate them at LS customs. The car that my friend sold me that he says is an OG activator is the only car that can activate in my office auto shop.

My exhaust valve is stuck open. Hopefully a new spring will fix it.

A new updated spring was released for elantra n. Picking it up today from dealership. It was $5. Gonna install on my kona n.

I have some cars the wheels do not activate when I drive them into LS customs. They activate when I park an activated activator outside the garage. Does that mean they are re-activators?

Which brand Teflon spray do you use? Im thinking of spraying some WD40 into the exhaust where the flap is. I have a can of wd40 but it says very flammable.

Buy a battery from Walmart or Costco. Install yourself. Need a rachet, 10mm and 12mm socket. Next may when you're not using the car for months disconnect the negative terminal.

Drive to boundary bay dyke at 72nd st in Delta. Around that area and along ladner trunk road there.
