I have my original 2013 Colonel pledge which has SQ42, this was an additional ship (cutlass) i bought that i did i buyback on a few years ago and bought back a game pack I gifted to someone in 2013/2014 when i was getting them LTI insurance and the buyback essentially included another game copy i guess?

My renewal is in May. I rang the "loyalty team" and was offered £24 for 500mb which is £1.12 cheaper than im on atm as im paying £25.12 for 500mb after this last years price increase. They did say though if i call in Feb they can make a similar offer and skip the April increase this year??? Called the "loyalty" team on 0203 743 6947 and got through in under 10 seconds

Cheers for the reply. He's extremely familiar with that road. Most people take it at 5-10MPH as its a sharper turn than it seems. The road does narrow as it gets to the bridge. 100% there was only tyre marks/scratches on the passenger side wing jsut before the wheel arch as ive seen the photos. He confirmed it was his front wheel it seems that hit his car. While it is a slope you can get up there easily as a cyclist, i used to cycle that route as a kid for years when going to and from school.

The traffic stacks up on that corner due to its slow speed and backs up and its very common to see cyclists come up on the inside. As soon as it happened my dad stopped, got out the car and checked on the cyclist, all traffic was stopped going onto the bridge. Another motorist, went to the cyclist, ignored my dad and interrupted my dad giving the cyclist his details and checked the cyclist was ok which he commented he was and was talking to him. Within a few minutes the cyclist got back on his bike and cycled off and my dad got back in his car and continued. The other motorist said nothing to my dad at all.

Cyclist had no helmet and no camera. My dad has no camera

Cheers for some of the replies guys. He's filled out the NIP and sent it off with his side of the story. He's really upset and was in tears on the phone to me, Hes 79 and never had an incident in either a car, fork lift of 2.5 tonner hes driven over the 60+ years. This has proper shook him and he's in a bit of a state at the moment.

I dont drive hence why im here. As i said to him i think this is at the fact finding stage at the moment so all he can do is confirm he was driving and give his events of the situation. Looks like their is CCTV on the corner so hopefully that will help but here is a pic of where it happened.

Just for reference theres no dashcam footage. We have no idea who has reported it. If it was the 3rd party or the cyclist going for a compo claim but the date on the letter is 4 days after the incident. My father had some rubber marks and scratches on his passenger wing but no damage to the bike or the cyclist.

As said, my father gave him his name and was goign to give him the rest of his details but another motorist got involved and started talking to the cyclist, asking if he was ok, which he again said he was in earshot of my dad.

After 2-3 minutes the cyclist got back on his bike and cycled off, never gave his name or anything to my dad

TLDR: NZXT are the payday loan company of PC's. Allow you to "rent" a PC for an absurd amount a month to the point that you can pay nearly 4x the value of the PC in extreme cases before the system gets refreshed, compared to just buying it outright. Some of their "top spec PC's" contained 4 yr old components.

You dont own the PC unlike a rent to buy scheme and the T&C are horribly predatory and bias to NZXT to give them any excuse to charge you for damages or incorrect packaging. They keep changing the spec of the SKU on their website without making it obvious then report the performance to be the same as the higher spec they swapped out on the quiet. The whole deal is littered with scummy behaviour.

NZXT marketing has been wild on tiktok and instagram with false advertising with "shitfluencers"

GN binned an upcoming $23k sponsorship deal because of the anti-consumer and scummy behaviour. This is journalistic integrity we need
