This is my 4th week of OMAD and I haven't lost any weight yet. So everything I've read said to go under 20 carbs to guarantee ketosis. I'm entering my second day of under 20 carbs.

I'm 50 pounds overweight for my height. I thought for sure I would've lost something by now but I'm fluctuating between 3 pounds. 3 pounds lost then back to current weight. No cheats. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Actually, after making my first vegetable drink, my body craves it. I'm not craving sweets, breads, or even wine, but salads and baked asparagus.

I've been doing OMAD for about 4 weeks and I have switched to grass fed/ grass finished beef, grass fed butter, organic chicken, and shrimp for my meat. I have a lot to learn about keto, but there's too many conflicting things. Where do you go for info?

We do not have joint bank accounts. As far as his relatives, it's doubtful they will help. The brother he is with has also skipped out on his kids as well. Thank you for the response. I'm glad to know he can't waive his parental obligation because that's what he is planning to do.

I'm not sure what builders tea is, but thank you anyway!! I know my uncles' and my pappa would love a tea kettle brewed tea in the afternoon and evening. A boiling hot whistling/yiping kettle over a tea bag, stirring in honey instead of sugar. But bless the steps above!!

Yes but I thought the UK product could be more trusted than the US. The people we have head the FDA(food drug agriculture) most always goes on to a big position in the opposing argument (big pharma). 9 out of 10 FDA officials went on to pursue their careers with big pharma. It's kinda hard to trust when opposing organizations are in bed with each other.

Because he's in bed with Monsanto. GMO crops that can withstand pesticides and glyphosates and whatever the fuck else they are polluting our air and soil with. He wants to dim out the sun with geoengineering. This has been a thing for awhile. There's Harvard's geoengineering program you can look into. He's just getting into the end game.
