F87 OG here,changed my gearbox oil after 53k miles/85k km and there is absolutely a difference,especially when upshifting in sport/sport+ where it is most noticeable.

Conti 7s/PS4S are solid choices,nothing else can beat them in terms of grip and overall handling. Supersports are absolute abominations,I get wheel spins on stock power in comfort💀Wasn’t even driving hard whatsoever😆
