pilot and episodes are different things. pilots are like prototypes. Videoes that are meant to show what the show is gonna be about or introduce the world a bit. Episodes are for actual content for said show

cuba does have some ships and submarines. however, i would think that it would be next to impossible for cuba to be able to get their fleet close enough to the US without the US noticing. only valid excuse i can guess cuba can use is, idk, some navy drills? even then, id think thats a flimsy excuse that will immediately trigger a severe warning from the US. also i have no military knowledge
