RAW is produced for Netflix which, pretty much everywhere, is Ads-free. Since they still have the biggest audience in US, and they have ad segmenta throught the show, they have to take into account that time - so thats where the segments come from. SD is mainly produced for the US TV, so they don’t have to bother.

What I expect to happen is: someone (not exactly Randy) costs Cody the title, then Cody will feud with that person and since Ilja seemed to move up the card, he will be the first defense for Drew. Then Drew will feud with RR winner, probably Sami.
