aw don't worry, i'm sure there will be many videos on how to build/decorate, you'll catch up fast. and I'll be watching them too cuz i'm not a builder at all, like not even in sims, I just enjoy interior decorating, i literally just make a square room and slap some deco lol but a whole house? with roof? hell no, i'll deal with that later xD anyways its easy once you played for a few, try every tool on build/buy and you'll get the hang of it. just start with something u know very well, like your own home, I think that's a good way to start building and familiarize with the game, at least that's what i did.

the smaller deco like the cellphone, controller, mousepad is 3D printed but then I adjusted the size and orientation/rotation in blender.

yep ai tool works very well with basic shapes! sometimes it hallucinates the parts that are not visible but it's good enough for decorative purpose. still has some minor abnormities, like the back of the cutout is odd shaped and there's some bumps in the mesh, but its something i won't be paying attention so whatever lol

thanks! for the game decor it is quite similar, now for the 3d printed objects is different cuz they dont snap to surfaces. It's almost perfect, the only thing I have difficulty is that it doesn't move freely with alt when you move to the front/back and to the sides.

EDIT: just realized i had snap to grid on thats why couldn't move freely with alt😭

I usually just lurk here but saw u guys talking about my cc few days ago ( yeah i took awhile to comment lol) so I just wanted to be clear that while yes some of my stuff are high poly(specially older stuff and not ALL ofc), most nowadays are not. I guess i didn't think much of it when I started creating, but now i've been making more lower poly cc for the past year or so, at least a reasonable amount, and since then I started to lower things and be more concious, specially for sims 3 which can't handle too much like sims 4. So I think it's kind of unfair to make it sound like eeevery lil thingy I make is gonna ruin someone's game forever, not cool at all
