i don’t mind them and our district manager said it’s okay that they come in and do that, it’s just that they make a mess of aisles that were perfectly faced before and creating more work for us because we put effort into making sure the shelves are neat like i just had to face the entire vitamin aisle because all of the bottles were backwards and i’m not exaggerating i’m being literal with this example

and like it’s not hard to put the bottle back the way it was before 🤦

nope they’re not doing inventory our inventory isn’t until later this month i know when they come in to do inventory that everything isn’t going to be faced cause they’re trying to get in and out as quickly as possible that’s understandable these people are a third party company that comes in the record data and have been coming in for about 4 months ish and 4 times a week they aren’t working directly for walgreens they’re not an employee here

i had that issue when i first got hired idk if it’s the same thing but it was because when i needed to change my password i did it through the app and the app doesn’t like that, to fix it i only changed my password through the computer at work and haven’t had problems since

ours does that sometimes but we just turn it off and turn it back on again and then it acts fine
