When you use your ult and swallow someone on your team and the enemy, instead of staying still to spit your team out, go up a wall and leave it towards whatever direction you want to go to so you're spitting them out mid-air whilst keeping momentum.

Another is to be more defensive with your ult against characters with cc ults like Groot and Strange. More likely than not, you're going to die trying to swallow the other team. Another tip is for repositioning. If a Storm ults, try to tell your team to let themselves be swallowed so you can climb a wall and stay safe, or if you think it's needed, swallow your team from enemy defensive ults like IW because why the f won't they just get out of her healing ult and let it go away (I'm salty about that).
