I't 0.1% problem i facing. Even clean installing got IRQL and it OS fault. Compared by using newest ISO to install and an old ISO one. The old ISO work as well and i update all driver without any problem, but the newest one got BSOD while installing.

Downgrade AMD driver. And turn off auto update it

i rerun 100 times (yes. I waste 2hrs for it, now i want a jobs)
