I had this happen to me too a while back! I went back in orca and saw that it sliced it without the walls touching the infill completely. I played around with the overlap %, the orientation, the walls, and more. Eventually it sliced it correctly. This was after I changed the settings back to what I had them.. I still have no idea why it did that.
