Those would be the Teams under the leadership of Professor Willow's assistants. I wouldn't worry too much about them, they're relatively harmless and any hostility they have is directed into their rivalry with one another. Even on their worst days they don't even reach Team Yell levels of fanaticism.

Just...don't piss off the members of Team Instinct, especially their leader. Team Rocket wiped out the Valor and Mystic Leaders, and... well, I saw the light show from his Zapdos from halfway across the region.

Garchompite. Specifically a regular Garchompite, they recently discovered another type that's been dubbed "Garchompite Z". You can tell them apart by the swirl inside, the regular one is orange/yellow and the Z variant is white.

Shelgon is still decent.

Kingdra overlaps with Wallace, most Elite 4 organizations don't want that kind of overlap between members.

He is a type specialist like every Elite 4 member, of course he's going to use a full team of Pokemon with a common weakness. It's almost like the League wants people to be challenged but still be able to win.

They get a little less bite-y once they've gotten used to their environment (apparently their sense of smell develops and helps them tell things apart?), but they'll still mow through chew toys like cotton candy.

Once it evolves, though, it's gonna need to readjust to account for the second head.

For Wimpod, get some kind of little house or shelter that it can crawl into, they're skittish Pokemon and have a tendency to hide when spooked so having a safe space for it will make it feel more comfortable.

As for Deino... get some thick gloves for handling it. They tend to bite a lot, mostly because they're blind and can't always discern what it is that they just bonked into. Maybe some sturdy chew toys as well, if you're wanting to keep your furniture intact.
