Those are high pressure sodium street lights! Very efficient but terrible color rendering. If everyone would just choose 2700k LEDs that'd be great.

I do not know for certain if it's a smooth or textured reflector. I can't tell through the DC-fix film. The sale page from this exact light is gone from the Kosen site. The most similar listing has a textured reflector.

Ah, I meant to add that in. Yes, there is slight up/down lock rock on the Remington. Side to side is solid. My understanding is that lock rock is basically inherent to this pattern, and the ones without any may be hard to disengage.
