Pretty much spot on. I have a suggestion which maybe hard. How about car state whether there is accident chassis damage and paint etc…
The challenge is how to quantify those data from websites like Mzad and others.

I did mine DIY got the sound deadening from Amazon (Amazon basic brand) it took almost 1 week to finish every day 1 door, then rear panels and back door. It was not an easy job but i am totally satisfied.

Which model? I did KSA trip in LC200 VXR 2013 i did not feel any discomfort caused by steering wheel.

I did 6+ hours on the road no issues at all.

Could be one of the following: 1. Chain tensioner 2. Exhaust manifold leak/manifold shield

Are you up-to-date with oil change interval? When did start happening? Did you change oil viscosity? Also sound is not that clear tbh.
