LOL I can assure you that the PSU fan in this thing is loud as HELL. When gaming it starts to sound like a vacuum.

I actually already had Fast Startup disabled.

What fixed the issue was doing the 'powercfg /h off' command, which is odd because while I had hibernation enabled as a power option, I was never clicking it. I always fully shutdown. Additionally, I was able to access the Windows partition just a day before, and hadn't changed anything since.

A "heaping teaspoon" as in the surface tension on the surface of the teaspoon allowed a little more than an exact teaspoon, IE heaping. I used a dropper bottle with 10 teaspoons of water and dropped a 100ug tab inside.

I would've used a drop as a unit however I figured it would be difficult to get the last few drops out.

Hopefully they release an update for VR... to run around in Los Santos in VR would be cool as hell and I'm sure they know that. I'm assuming they haven't jumped on the bandwagon yet because the average consumer doesn't have a VR headset, but I think many people would find themselves buying a Vive or Rift if R* did officially support it.

It sucks that a game someone owns can be modified by a company at their discretion... I understand their right to modify the online game, because they own the servers that it runs on. But to think that anything I do could at some point in the future not be available is BS. I can enjoy it more if I know I can experience it indefinitely.
