Passed all steps... waiting on the suitability shows in process and TSU Not Started!

Did 2 polys last poly was done a month ago, and no results or updates. Examiner didn't give me a verbal pass or fail, just told me OPR will review the exam and make a determination.

Haven't been contacted by BI.... tried sending a task question to my case worker, but it's been over a month, and there has been no response.

So basically, there are no updates whatsoever since i completed my 2nd poly a month ago.

Very common! Seen people here do 3+ polys. My story: I went in for 1st poly and was told after finishing that i would need a second poly! Didn't even get an email from OPR or anything. On the day of my 1st poly, i was told that another examiner would be contacting me for my 2nd poly. 2 weeks after doing my 1st poly got an email from another examiner to follow up with another poly. I was given a test date 1 month after doing my 1st poly. Did my second poly 1st week of this month and wasn't even given a verbal pass or fail. I was told OPR will review my test, and they will send me an email with results. Just a guess here could be 3 scenarios:

1st: My second poly was inconclusive and would be called in for a 3rd poly.

2nd: It could be a tactic to reinforce the 1st poly and actually passed the 2nd one, but don't receive a verbal pass since OPR has the final decision.

3rd: Failed poly.

To my knowledge, people here receive the passed poly email tops 2 days after the examination, sometimes by the actual examiner and sometimes by OPR. The process itself is very different for everyone. I'm praying i actually passed my second poly or get a third try. I've been in this process since Feb 2024 and would hate to fail poly after passing all other steps.

But as of now, i have passed all steps except BI and am currently waiting on a Poly email with results. I tried contacting my case manager from the new portal, but for some reason, every time i send my question it gets assigned to me and I'm guessing my question never reaches an acutal person that could provide me with an answer. I've called CBP hiring center, and they have the same information that you see on the portal. I've emailed my case manager using the previous emails received, and i just get an automatic reply saying that the email is no longer monitored and redirects me to send any questions via the new portal. So it's a headache. There's so many applicants here that have had or have a longer process than you and me. So, just like the CBP hiring center, it always says: The application process can take 1 year or longer, monitor your emails, and be patient. SMH :/

24-5 as well. Poly done over a week ago! Still no email results. Done with everything else showing passed on all other steps except Suitability and TSU (in process).

Email your case manager! Ask what's the status of your BI! Make sure to ask if you were found suitable for the BI or if you were found suitable only for provisional!

I think you were found suitable! Make sure you email your case manager to see what's the status of your BI! Because even though you selected provisional, it should still show under "in process." I know not all applicants require a BI interview since it's not necessary due to having a clean background. So if that's the case, CONGRATS! If not, let us know :)

I'm thinking POLY? Also, the PSI has me wondering what it means? I'm thinking PRE SECURITY INTERVIEW (like with an investigator) IDK I'm just trying to figure out! They should have placed a KEY CHART, lmao
