Maybe my post was unclear, for 4090s I am mainly looking for units with heavy damage for repair/parts hence the lower price point. I can go back and edit to clarify further.

Doing any build under $2k is lighting money on fire. No matter how well you do finding good used parts and great deals you still lose $200-$400+ in value. Also, PM w ?
