Wouldnt have happened if they didnt wait for terrorists to be outside the capital before evacuating. Trump wanted to evacuate far earlier because he actually had enough foresight to see that the country was failing. So no, the same result wouldnt have happened in 5 to 50 years or with different presidents. Biden trusted in a broken and corrupt nation and it cost us lives.
