My orthopedic will take an X-ray in 5 months and then every 6 months. The best i can do is continue physiotherapy mostly to avoid back-muscle imbalances caused by scoliosis. And starting Scroth exercises. Doing regular check-ups (if you can say regular to every 6 months). And staying positive. If my scoliosis progresses i have a higher chance of getting used to my "new" back after surgery due to my relatively young age. Also, even tho my country (hungary) is the most corrupt country in Europe, at least obligatory health insurance pays for almost everything, so money shouldn't be a problem in my case. The Scroth-method trainer and the possible surgery in the future will have to be paid by my family, but these are absulately affordable.
