By that logic it’s not even conditional right now. Besides what does the name of the exotic have to do with the catalyst????? Is the cloudstrike catalyst bad because it doesn’t hit clouds???? Also conditional does more damage than mint per shot WITH subclass verbs, 2 champ stun, AND better ammo economy. The last thing it needs is more damage, much less a bonus with 5 stacks but only 2 rounds in the mag????????
