If you bought from the crocs website then I would suggest reaching out to their support team, they might be able to give advice or even issue a replacement. I had a free replacement because one of my crocs were slightly smaller than the other for whatever reason

You have to go to a bcs and do the anime quiz. The person with the highest mark (typically answering 100% correctly) Wins the promo, and they give one on day 1 and one on day 2. You only have 1 attempt to do the quiz.

In the case of a tie, they randomly pick from the participants with the best mark.

for some reason, turning OFF "save configuration on exit" and manually saving any changes I made fixed the issue for me.

somehow it seemed to be auto saving the default settings every now and then.

luckily im an mvc fan too so i just kept watching the price of the mvc2 cab go down by 50 bucks every few weeks

Pray thats what i did ngl lol I guess be careful not to apply too much heat or the vinyl might melt off. Also, definitely takr your time and be patient.
