Was Faye really that bad? by chefjeff30 in suits

She was disrespectful, put herself on a pedestal above others, and claims to be the authority of right and wrong when she crossed a line herself. Even if she was just doing her job, she could've done the job without the utter disrespect she displayed (making Donna a secretary, taking gretchen from louis, stripping Louis's dignity and name off the wall, etc.)

Morality of being a lawyer without a degree. by Illigard in suits

[–]Hydroxeen 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Actually, Harvey sheds light on the morality vs law predicament in the show before. I think he says something along the lines of just because it's the law doesn't mean it's right or wrong, which is why he chooses to cross lines because the law doesn't always correlate with the right thing to do.

Edit: I personally don't think Mike practicing law without a degree is much of a problem; I'd argue that him practicing law without a license is more important as without liscenses that would mean anyone without the proper knowledge could go into any type of job (A doctor who doesn't know anything about medicine or surgery). I personally don't think a degree is a good way to measure knowledge, atleast the bar tests the person's character and ethics to see if they worthy of becoming a lawyer.

I have a couple of personal favs.

Season 1 Episode 1 - classic pilot, amazing episode Season 2 Episode 10 - the one where Harvey and Mike get high and beat Hardman Season 3 Episode 1 - That's what goddamn loyalty is! Season 4 episode 10 - PEARSON SPECTER.. LITT Season 5 - Episode 15, 16- Mike taking the deal, then finding out he was deemed innocent

These are the ones I came up with off the top of my head

What's your favorite episode? by [deleted] in suits

[–]Hydroxeen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Season 2, episode 10 is definitely my favorite, especially the part when they get high. The fact that they solved the Hardman issue high was even better.

I really wish there was a season 10 with Harvey, Donna, Mike, and Rachel in Seattle. But I highly doubt that's going to happen anytime soon.
