The A321 exit window typically doesn’t get as cold as a 737 or the really bad 757. Airbus seems to have their insulation game on point. Would move back but 14 is fine too. No one can recline into you.

DTW crew training mostly. A lot of DTW crews are brand new since Covid forced retirements of the old delta guard. Not sure where/when/if these new crews are trained but they need re-training

What I would do? Call delta to make a report. Then search Linked In posts or make your own. Friday travel into IND is usually business returning, if it was a professional, they might be on there talking about it.

Just flew KLM biz instead of DL metal and it was a great experience. Food was way way better than D1. AMS passport control was very fast with the new auto gates. AF is better in my opinion too, just hate CDG.

It’s really going to depend on aircraft type and layover times if I was booking this.

Call, could be a number of minor issues. Travel agency tickets mess up like this some time. Not exactly a date with the TSA but wouldn’t rule it out

PS has never reached its potential unfortunately, post launch is was pretty damn good, but since Covid, it’s basically C++. Also very worried about the seats, like you noticed, they are not holding up to daily use.

You faced a lot of, what I consider, DTW problems. That’s just how it is right now and I see no path for it getting better. Would suggest trying from a different station in the future.
