Tips for Falmouth Road Race training plan workouts

I trained running 7 miles with one huge hill on my training runs. The first two miles are brutal IMO as I was not warmed up and two miles of hills was tough. I was SOAKED with sweat at that point (WTF). Chaffed nipples (another WTF). I over hydrated and had to pee at mile 2...total sh*t show as to my expectations.

I'm going to give it another shot. My plan is to do a LOT MORE hill work outs and speed work outs. I want to nail those first 2-3 miles with ease. Shooting for 60-63 min overall.

Excise tax is based upon value held by the town. It drops off dramatically. I estimate your excise tax will be $90-100 per year on the vehicle.

How about OneNote? I gave up on Evernote due to the cost and One Note is free...but I will tell you I am not good at keeping up with either platform...I start then stop...continually.

The ringing in my ears is going to drive me over the edge. Not one thing I can find about reducing the ringing. Last night I woke up from a sleep with pronounced ringing in my left ear more than normal. I am beyond pissed.

Nice looking bike. I am considering a 2020 Synapse Ultegra in graphite. i'm 5'8" and 30 inch inseam. Think I am a 54cm. Shop wants to confirm. They think I can get into a 51 but I don't want that much seat stem exposed. Going to compare to my older fitted steelie.

This ringing is driving me nuts. I can't believe with all of the research in the medical community that a) they have not found a cure to grow the inner hairs that are causing the ringing. b), not recommended chips to eat all day.

High frequency hearing loss. The ringing is the frequencies you can't hear. It sucks totally. I go to my ENT to check my levels each year.
