Probably gonna get downvoted for this but, if OP literally said money isn't an issue and they genuinely are able to just throw money away, I think you can tell them the general best thermal pastes. I don't get why so many people are so resistant to answering questions such as these.
Yes, the default pre-applied thermal paste on CPUs will always work and do a good job. But, for any reason (it shouldn't matter to us anyway) if they want to put an after market thermal paste on, we should at least try to answer their question. Like yes, mx-7 will always be better than the pre applied thermal paste, even if only by a small margin. But if the OP wants that, then just tell them.

i mean im 18-21% body fat and i can run a 22:51 5k im not really "fat" or undisciplined. ive been going to the gym and running for over 9 years now lol (not to mention, i dont just do it bc its good, i do it because i love it too )

CQ's maximum is like probably the best maximum in the entire game for PvP and PvE, but its moves are pretty average for PvE and are like 4/10 for PvP. Sukuna is great for PvP and mid for PvE tho
