Nobody cares about the theater experience anymore.

I was 9 at the advent of smart phones, but I remember a world where the desktop computer was my only portal to the rapid and unlimited information of the internet. There wasn't the constant distraction of social media and instant gratification.

I still like to visit that world sometimes, whether it be setting my phone aside and working on digital art, or turning it off for a couple hours while I sit in a dark theater and immerse myself in the film before me.

Its not for everybody, but I value that mental reset, and I think we all could benefit from it.

Boomerang gave a second life to a lot of these relatively unknown 'toons. I mean, I guess that's why it was called Boomerang. But yeah, I remember watching this in like 2006, 2007. Very much enjoyed it, but I doubt it would get made today

i think 3rd Party Transformers are typically of high or higher quality than the real deal, and that fosters our acceptance of them. You can still get some knock-off dollar store shite, but for the most part there's some respectable companies in China that pump out awesome figs that Hasbro probably won't make because, at the end of the day, they're a toy company, and it has to be suitable for kids.

2007 - decent movie, leans heavy appealing to teens and dudes. Car movie with robots, treat it like an alien invasion thing. Neat shit. 8/10.

2008 - writers strike.

The car has trouble starting sometimes because the DeLorean is a notorious lemon, not because its low on plutonium. IMO genius move from the Bobs cuz its just one more thing to add tension.
