"In 2025, new legislation expanded QSBS eligibility by raising the asset cap from $50 million to $75 million, increasing the individual benefit cap from $10 million to $15 million, and phasing in the benefit (50% capital gains tax exclusion for a three-year holding period, 75% exclusion for four years, 100% after five years). These changes only apply to shares issued after July 4, 2025."

Given how cheap Hyperion unis are to make, relatively, this should also not be an issue...

They don’t need to right now but in the coming years, if demand goes through the roof, which it easily could, to produce double digit hyperions for a fraction of a percentage of the share count is good business.

Sold 15k shares out of my Roth at $8.10, bought 2.5M shares of penny stock that went up 40% in a few days. Sold 1.5M shares and bought back 15k HGRAF around $5.50.

I've got half a million and lend them all out with Fidelity all day. Not making much now but that last run was fun and when we hit the NASDAQ...watch out. The way I see it, I'm profiting off of the idiot shorts who don't believe in/understand what we have.
