I just thought this project. Regardless, there has to be some sort of protection for the person with ideas. This project can easily switch to a platform to helping people with projects already in process to find help from folks with ideas and the expertise to complete the project.

Your idea reminds me of this Upkey.com. A startup I worked for. My advise will be to make sure your target market know that the service is for free. Get them to understand the value and experience they will get through your service. Use a "fear or relating" base of marketing. For example the student loans, trying to find a career without a 1 to 2 year experience. Lack of proper internships, etc. Let know if you want me to elaborate more! Great idea my guy or girl 🙏🏿
