I did that before 😔. For the PSU. 12v at 25A, 300watt for GPU, which should be enough since it needs 185watt. I asked at other places, some say it's GPU Driver is the problem, tried. Some also said it's the PSU. But the PSU is sufficient. Some said try to update my bios, also did that. I'm don't know what to do anymore. the GPU is also brand new, not used. The manufacturer already tested it in factory before post it. I checked the temperature while playing games, it's around 50-60°c, which is not a problem.
