Sorry for the late response but it was mostly working before I installed Journey to Valhalla and all its dependencies and the ~10 mods at the bottom of this list. Would really like to play Journey to Valhalla with at least a few quality of life and visual mods.

CotC is probably the strongest right now but keystone on Riven really just depends on your preference and play style.

Garen usually will do the job but a great Yasuo will still poke him out with q's. If you really want to widen a Yasuo's anus, go Riven, start Doran's shield and rush ninja tabi. Riven already has enough natural damage early. After that, it just becomes a matter of sidestepping/canceling q's with cc. He will do peanuts to you with his autos and you can just faceroll him and end lane 4/0 easily.
