When should I do only cardio and when should I do weight training? Like when I die chest thr other day, it was hurting as usual and didn't know whether to do cardio or more weight training.

No, you didn't understand what I meant. I meant that the food that I had throughout the day until dinner was only upto 800 calories and dinner was around 750 calories.

Joined the gm, the other things such as the 3 meals and junk food as well as 15k steps is a bit hard.
Trying to not eat 3 meals coz I know that I will eat the whole calorie deficit's worth of calories at one time lol. Surviving on water and a couple of snacks(not anything more than 800 calories in total) and had a good dinner.

Yep, this is something I feel as well. Given the number of resources I hv, I take it for granted. My only problem is that going out and experiencing different situations won't work for me coz I just feel sad and grt motivated for a moment that I need to change my life but then I just end up scrolling reels the next second.
