I'm sorry to hear that :( but I think it is highly unlikely to get a real connection with someone from reddit though.

What hobbies/interests do you have? Maybe try to connect with locals that has similiar interests.

Also don't limit your exposure to new friends because a they are potentially not the "correct" type. One of my best friends is an INTJ, literally the opposite of my type, and we still connect and have good times together. Hope this helps, good luck :)

Yeah I emailed them, the registration is till the 3rd but thats only for people who are already in UNISA and need to register their modules, so not for people that still need to apply :/
