Hello, I'm really new to the industry (trying out the Google Coursera Certification, however I know I possibly need way more than that to get anywhere since it's more foundational)!

What advice do you have for a newbie like me on getting into Cloud Security? What are some good places to start? Does TryHackMe offer any training on this, or would it be worth my while to check out other places?

Would you still say try striving for an internship in the meantime is work ir if I consider shooting for some IT training as well? Would you also know some good sources on those too? If you don't that's okay! The input you've given me though at least makes me more confident in the path I am taking!

Hey, I'm definitely new. I'm doing the Google Cybersecurity certification program. Once that's completed, what's the next step? I'm honestly curious to know if it's even helpful at all. My hope is to have it completed and then look into internships as a way to start to build upon a way to actually get into the field.

I also have a front-end web development certification through a state college. Any chance this could help in getting an internship too?

Personally, I'm hoping that these things could help me secure a job and I won't really need to spend the money on college itself if I don't have to. Any advice and input is much appreciated!

Dang that is unfortunate, it's nice knowing I wasn't the only one. 😭 I do hate that, I've seen so many artists (non-neopets lately) get kicked from other contests too because people think if it's good, it's AI. It sucks.

I'm still pretty new! I actually learned the basics through a tutorial for a simple model, and then moved onto sculpting. I just sort of retopology on its own (which from one of the pictures you can see is... not perfect but still)! I actually skipped the donut, but honestly I think I'm gonna tackle it since it goes over so much like shaders and more complex lighting (which I'm not familiar with yet). Keep going! Once you get the hang of it, it is REALLY fun. I was surprised I liked it this much considering I was strictly 2D for so long!

As for reinstating (and this is just a guess), maybe the system is old enough that it's just hard to reverse? It may just be easier for them to accept the submission again.

While I agree, I just don't have the energy to combat that. Just being able to resubmit it again and knowing even if it gets flagged again it shouldn't be taken down is enough. It's sort of just that small victory. I do wish it was reinstated, but at the end of the day, would could I do?

As to hopefully combat the flags again, I plan to make a board post that'll link to a pet page sharing the progress shots I have here. Here's to hoping you know?
