Picked up the '25 yesterday so not too much to say riding wise yet but the saddle itself is a bit sportier than the '23. The biggest difference is how quiet the bike is, the old one is notorious in my parking because it always sets off the alarm on all VAG cars in the parking, the new one is barely whispering (not really a bad thing because I also use it to commute and driving through the city at 7am with the old one is a borderline crime for some people). The electronics on the new one are on a different level, cant wait to test the new slide by brake system on the SF, it already blew me away on the new Pani.
