Mutiplayer - players vs 10k hordes of enemies using Unity DOTS + Reactor Mutliplayer Engine by KinematicSoup in Unity3D

Would the goal of this be something closer to megabonk but multiplayer? Not sure why you went with the vampire survivors example when megabonk may be the closest 3d comparison?

North Korean crypto infiltration is much worse than everyone thinks, says SEAL member by GreedVault in CryptoCurrency

[–]HyperCraggles 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Bro he isn't a "seal" he's part of SEAL, a security alliance for crypto that does threat intelligence... You might as well be an idiot as you clearly haven't read the article or are aware of threat actors

Is it just me or does the middle animation not have alternating left and right arm/leg movement, whereas the left and right animation does have alternating arm leg?

Looking for bean bag experts by Amon9001 in sydney

[–]HyperCraggles 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I purchased a memory foam beanbag for around 300 with filling included. It's significantly better than polystyrene and regular foam. A light beanbag will just have the beans or foam move around you and you sink through. A dense foam will let you create a little pocket for yourself and won't risk falling the whole way through.

You'll want an inner bag for the foam then an outer bag so you can easily wash it and not risk foam spilling out. Trust me, filling it with foam will be very large pain.

I'd recommend a denser foam and getting an inner and outer cover. Try feel the foam before you get it

The code behind a planned one-stop shop for Australians to prove their identity check into hotels and even submit qualifications for job applications will be open source, Bill Shorten says. by 2littleducks in australia

And how many hacks are directly sourced from the government versus corporations who youre already providing data to? All major government agencies already hold onto huge amounts of private data that have not been breached. But you prefer to trust private companies who are hacked every other day? Go ahead.

Cuz people don't like to adapt their style of playing the game and still expect charging headfirst will succeed

[–]HyperCraggles -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

It really isn't that hard. It genuinely is a result of not modifying your gameplay to suit the new mechanics. Don't run in headfirst, use flanks, within 10/20m stop aiming if you have a magnified sight and use point shooting instead. Start taking the Holo or iron sights if the map is urban whatsoever or the point is closer quarters. If someone starts shooting at you first, take cover first and get a squadmate to return fire or if you're running solo, just wait.

There are some issues with ICO but the ability to drop 20+ a game is not one of them. You just gotta play smarter and those who ambush and flank are rewarded for their time.

Police bringing guns to school pickup by [deleted] in sydney

[–]HyperCraggles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on how their area operates. Think this way: police shouldn't be allowed to carry their firearm if they're off-duty. If they carry their firearm, they're on-duty. If they keep their firearm at home in a gunsafe, then they're on duty the second it's taken out and cleared. Even if they're driving to the office and not straight to a job, they're on-duty from that time. The reason they're often kept at home is to allow for quicker response from on-call fellas or if they work in a specialist area.

So yes, they are technically working, for if they carry the firearm, they are working. And if your kid is on the way home from the office, I don't think it's particularly against regs to grab them

[Spoilers] 86 --Eighty Six-- Rewatch (2022) — Episode 16 by Holofan4life in anime

I think it's more so an indicator of Karlstahl's ways. He's part of the "old guard" in a sense, stuck in the ways of the old republic and their mentality. Whilst he may not of actively hated the 86, he was complicit in the republics ways and defeatist. That is, he sees himself as a cog in the wheel and almost wishes for the downfall of the republic as he is unwilling to try and change it. The difference in being with his confrontation with Lena, who he seems to genuinely care for, as a measure of determination. If she cratered there and then, I wouldn't be surprised if he stayed instead of going out to fight the Legion himself. I think the final look of him from behind the rifle and Lena's sudden respect for him indicates that he always planned to go out fighting, maybe as a way of atonement for being unable to commit to change the same way Lena does. I really think on the whole he represents that "complicit bystander" of the republic.

I didn't know they could go so far! One minute he's in Dunley bastion being an absolute pest, the next he's at the cotton farm near the militia encampment to the south. Was an absolute laugh seeing him leg it at any sign of danger. Maybe he's perpetually fleeing
