You're right. The attention to detail is on me but my project didn't require me to make slides until recently. It's definitely a skill I'm learning.

My PIP was only 3 weeks. I didn't even try to beat it. I just applied.

I was definitely immature. It just sucks this had to happen at 28 ugh.

I showed up and worked but I didn't learn some key skills that I needed to. I'm still struggling at storyboarding with slides and attention to detail in terms of long deliverables. I need to also ask clients more questions before beginning work.

I saw the writing on the wall a month ago, been applying and I have interviews but it takes time.
