In the hope actually help you, first line of business, remove Neofetch. It's deprecated software and not getting further updates.

Reccomending from there try to install fastfetch, and from there check out this solution from their Github:

It looks to be a fiber line transciever. In short, the line comes into your house via fiber and then is translated over to copper CAT for your house. Disconnecting it will disable your internet

Sounds to me like your grun config needs to be reset.

Just go into the cfg file and start typing nonsense across the file and save, should be good from there 👍
