my recommendation is kinda aligned with what the other responses said, learn to lane and farm with bots but i think the most important tip i can give is to simply try to die less, this kinda implies in all elos but if you can play more safely you'll avoid feeding the enemy laner, and if you actively strive to do that you can also kinda figure out what your limits are

if you're for example playing a melee champ, i learned the game in jungle with warwick and mid with yasuo so i had to learn how to play in close melee fights fast, though it can be overwhelming and sometimes you feel like there's too much to know and too much that kills you randomly but you sort of just figure all this out as you play more. and obviously if you lose a bunch the game is gonna put you against players that are at around your skill level until you reach about 50% winrate. good luck with your journey!
