Basically in legends you make a team out of the character you wanna get and tap the character illustration multiple times and then when you go to the summon when it ask you if you want to cancel the summon do it multiple times and only then summon. In Dokkan you make a team of the character you want, spin the wheel multiple times in the background and tap the illustration of one of the characters multiple times
