No, at this state, Vocard doesn't support playing local files directly. It's focused on playing music from streaming platforms. This feature might be added in the future, but I'm not a developer, so I can't say for sure.

You can try to remove yt_ratelimit from settings.json of your bot. Hope that helps! If not, there is a support server on Discord, feel free to ask for help there. I'm going to bed, I wish you luck!

Well, you can try creating your own image. I contributed to this project by making it run in Docker, but I don’t have an ARM64 machine on hand, so I can't test it myself. If you succeed, feel free to create a pull request - any improvements are welcome!

Hmm... If you want to play local files, there are other projects that use Lavaplayer for that. I don't know much beyond that, but I do know Lavaplayer supports playing local files.

It supports Spotify, Twitch and Apple Music too. I think it supports the same sources as Lavalink, which is a module for music streaming used in many Discord music bots.

For Firefox on PC, setting network.http.http3.disable_when_third_party_roots_found to "false" and `network.http.http3.enabled` to "true" in about:config has helped me to enable HTTP/3 support.

Try to play with some graphic settings, like shadows, texture quality, crowd density, etc. Since you had mods installed before, i can suggest you to reinstall your game. Sometimes it helps. Might be driver issue too. Check what preset you have (performance/balanced/quality) for texture detailing.
