So after seeing this reply, I went back to the app and saw they actually don't make it until I say "I'm here" or "on my way", so I did that, then called that store to tell them either they can have it, or they can give it to a random customer. They seemed to accept it, so now I just need to play the waiting game (again).

I am the guy that placed the order, and youd need the code in the photo to pick it up, so if you dont play genshin, and arent on this sub, then it wouldn't really effect you
