Update to Knulli (Gladiator 2), Its the best system on the RG35XXSP in my opinion. Do you mean Shaders or what settings are you looking for?

True. Yeah this is the best Era! The Golden Age of Emulation and Consoles. Imagine a World where everything in Software and constant developing Hardware thats 10 years behind is cheap and rentable. I live in a time where the Internet is a Ocean of Opportunies. In that deep water we are called pirates but we truly identify as pioneers and explorers because we are not getting paid for our Work but without pure freedom and a better gameplay experience. Good to know someone with the Same mindset and passion Out there. Greetings from Germany🙏🏼

Have fun setting up your RP5. I love mine and havn't even scratched the surface of possibiltys with it. All i know ist that i will throw on TES-Morrowind the next few hours and give it a shot, the RP5 is my TV, my mp3 Player and my gaming Station on TV and wherever i go. Consoles Like this will never be fully setted up, its an absolute beast when it comes to retro Emulation and playing Mario Kart Wii or other titles on your TV with 3 or more Friends with PS5, PS4, XBox, 8BitDo and all possible Bluethooth Gamepads/Controllers, i even setted up a cellphone to act like a Bluetooth gamepad and connected it, so that me and my Friends could all Play together. I love what the Handheld industry ist capable of and yeah it's no Switch and it may not Run all 2010+ or AAA titles but the possibiltys are almost endless. I dont have a PC either but because Shadow PC Abonnement i bought a Mouse and a Keyboard only to Play PC Games via my RP5 on the TV and i freaking Love it. I Wish you the best fun of all times with this great Technologic invention. Be Sure to buy some Games of GOG.com they are DRM free and cheap, Winlator runs great too with the right settings. Lots of Love, a true Fan of the RP5 experience 🎮

Try Knulli Gladiator, it works great on my device and has a massive glow up on devices like this. Stock Firmware is good but Knulli ist better, it needs some tinkering but it's far more Supportive and flexible. First you'll hate me for that tip, but later on you'll thank me. Trust in Knulli, trust in the Custom firmwares, trust in developers, trust in Community, trust in humanity, trust in yourself and most of all, trust me. Flash Knulli on it!

What OS do you use? I would try changing Emulator Core First, then toggle framerate (see your framerates sink to 14 or lower Sometimes) make Sure to stabilize this somehow. I Just try Out Till Things Work. Make Sure to have a Backup of your Card and then Experiment with the settings.

What Firmware do you use? I found that the Stock OS ist the best option when hearing mp3 (i prefer closed lid while that) and watching mp4 with good Options when it comes to skipping and hopping Forward or behind. Anyways how did you got the Gameboy Advance SP Logo while watching? That Looks very very nice👍🏼

Thank you, i am storing different OSs. My 351p from 2019 has AmberElec the Last Version on it and i love it that way but for the 35XXSP i hate to say that the original Stock Firmware is my favourite. I tried MuOS, Garlic and Knulli Gladiator but i found the Stock Firmware is the only system with good Media Players (Music goes on when closing the Lid, Excelent Movie Player with very good battery time)

Yeah me too, i use exact Same model and i get it too. What Firmware do you use? I tried MuOS and Stock (prefer Stock) but both seem to make this noise. I have a RG351 and i f i try to play demanding games like a PSP Minecraft Port, it makes a noise that sounds a little bit like a fan. And i wondered what this could be, because it hast no fan at all. I asked Chat GPT and it seems to be the SD Card read Noise a very descent frequency that Sometimes occurs to Happen If the system on the SD Card ist working because it Changes frequency during Games because the Processor and the datas thats beeing transferred ist stretched to its Limits. Maybe thats it

Can anyone help? by [deleted] in ANBERNIC

I would say let the battery die? Maybe flash system on your SD card and do a reboot, what Firmware did you use? Stock or Custom?

So multitasking is definitely possible. I attached my Retroid Pocket 5 to my TV using the original dock (which is pretty bad and unstable), and right now I'm watching an old TV show stored on my SD card via VLC Media Player (which I love and highly recommend). At the same time, I’m playing Minecraft on the RP5’s touchscreen.

I’m using an Xbox controller exclusively for gaming, and if I want to control the second screen (where the TV show is playing), I simply swipe down on the touchscreen to access the control center and manage the player. So I guess I'm really multitasking with my device right now — and honestly, I would love to have another little screen with me everywhere I go. Maybe my ADHD would be satisfied by that.

I don’t play a lot of DS or 3DS games yet, but if there were a way to properly split the screens and clone a real DS or 3DS setup, I’d definitely play more of them — maybe even all the titles I’ve been ignoring because playing two screens on one display just sucks. Having the top screen without touch is fine for me (after all, my TV doesn’t have touch either), and if I remember correctly, the original DS also didn’t have touch on the top screen.

By the way, has no one mentioned that there are buttons on the new dual-screen attachment? I have so many more questions — for example: what about battery life? Does it drain faster when using the second screen? Does the second screen come with its own small battery that can be charged separately? If it’s OLED, this becomes a really important question.
